Maxima Premium 4 in 10w-40?

how is Maxima Premuim 4 in 10w-40 in an air-cooled, shared sump bike like my Yamaha v Star 650? thanks...snagged a gallon in a deal when I traded my scooter in on an e-bike (long story...let's just say the scooter was lacking and I wanted to go a different way with 'mobility' products)

i have not tested this maxima product.
they typically make great stuff.
however, its a 10w40 and even their own (better) 10w40 barely hold up.

ok...sounds like a 2000-2500 mile oil change and I'll have 1 quart leftover to add to the 2 quarts of Valvoline conventional 10w-40 motorcycle oil I got on sale to use for a late fall-winter storage-early spring oil change
