My freind runs this stuff in his 02 4.6l SOHC Mustang Gt and he says it has made the engine run smoother and has picked him up a few MPG. Just wondering if it was junk stuff or is it any good.

Well, I think it is oil. Scented oil that is.
It was designed for Marvel carburators that were made for aircraft in the 20's. It was added to the fuel.
