I bought it new. Like 2 others have mentioned very cheap to maintain, and very reliable. Basically a Mazda/Ford engine.

My ranking worst to best.
Honda Accord seems odd but depending on year the double wishbone suspension and the K24 up front make it way more of a driver's car than you would expect.
Mazda 3 Mazadas are just fun cars. Hard to go wrong with one really.
Civic SI my top choice in this case. Sporty fun to drive and reliable. No real downsides.
