Manheim - 2013 Nissan Rogue values?

Not to hijack but are you sure the driver has enough property damage limits to repair your house and pay for the vehicle? That looks expensive and may be time to involve your homeowners insurance if you haven’t already.
He doesn’t and that’s what my brother had to do it’s his home, the driver is over $220k in damages and only had $50k in coverage

Sounds like they want your total and your brother’s total, then they’ll divide the $50k up pro rata and that’s what you each get. If you don’t have collision it sounds like you are going to get the short end of the stick here.

Say $227k in total damages:
$220k for brother
$7k for you

That $50k splits to:
$1,542 for you and $48,458 for your brother (or his insurance co.)

Apparently his insurance didn’t accept any offers and I’m assuming is just taking the driver to court

I traded my 2014 Rogue Select in excellent condition w/65K miles in 2019 for $6,800.

Those carvana prices are stoopid.

At most dealers I find the ask is usually inflated at least 2g over a take price. Got to hit them on the right day.
This. No way I'm paying anywhere near $10k and above for a cute-ute with questionable CVT, plus these years and the "Selects" are the old body style.

My friends just picked up an '09 for $2500 in good condition, BUT it's got 225k and is FWD.

UPDATE: So I did send in the exact info everyone helped me with. And the rep who doesnt speak in complete sentences or answer any comments that was made. Now the rep has ignored fair market value claiming they use actual cash value. Then telling that we have to get an appraiser that all of a sudden the offer is off the table. I have helped my relative and asked for another rep to be assigned this case. They think they can boss people around? Like we don't have options. Any thoughts going forward??
