I made another batch:

-2lb ground sirloin
-add one edd, mix
-add 1/2 medium onion and 3 garlic cloves, finely chopped, mix
-add seasoned bread crumbs, mix
-add worstershire sauce, mix
-add a bit more bread crumbs and worstershire sauce mixed together, mix.

These came out very juicy, and tasted really good, but the lack of bacon bits took away a bit of the saltiness that I would have preferred.

Top notch burgers though!

Next time Ill make then with the bacon bits... and then after that ill experiment with adding a pinch of lawry's season salt, chili powder, and adolph's meat tenderizer.

Have been eating rare beef all my life while in US, no bugs whatsoever. Rare blood dripping is the only way to go when it comes to red meat, you need to see it red.
