I made another batch:
-2lb ground sirloin
-add one edd, mix
-add 1/2 medium onion and 3 garlic cloves, finely chopped, mix
-add seasoned bread crumbs, mix
-add worstershire sauce, mix
-add a bit more bread crumbs and worstershire sauce mixed together, mix.
These came out very juicy, and tasted really good, but the lack of bacon bits took away a bit of the saltiness that I would have preferred.
Top notch burgers though!
Next time Ill make then with the bacon bits... and then after that ill experiment with adding a pinch of lawry's season salt, chili powder, and adolph's meat tenderizer.
