There are plenty of 0w-40 and 5w-40 oils that would work. Mobil, Delvac, Rotella, Castrol. Pick whichever is easiest for you to obtain. I doubt there will be any real difference between those options. 5,000 miles and an OEM or Wix filter.
Use Subaru coolant and additive as well as ATF and gear oil.
