Used the program in a Windows XP and VISTA environment (pre release version which supports Windows Live Mail to backup and burn email from Windows Live Mail and Thunderbird. Worked great without a hitch!

One of the many features I like is that you can Save all e-mail messages for re-import into other e-mail applications.

Look under the Administrative Tools sections for options.

You may not be, but I am impressed!
