No, they are both the exact same additive package. Please do research. The 30 does not officially have SP because the P is too high since API has limits for < 40 grades. Mobil clearly states it passes API SP Engine Test Requirements.

I know P is 600-800 and this oil is barely over that. I did not realize Zinc also had a 600-800 requirement.

Generally the Zn to PO is a1:1 ratio

The Calcium/Magnesium values indicate an SP oil. So maybe it's more than meeting or exceeding "SP Engine Test Requirements" and they just didn't want to pay the licensing fees?

Maybe the CA and MG are lower to adress LSPI?
