Very nice report. M1 seems to be working well for you. Viscosity is 7.88 cSt @100C, down a tad. It didn't impact wear at all so your fine. Probably a bit of fuel dilution from the stop/go traffic. Honda's are also known for fuel dilution.
 
A silicon level of 18 ppm is borderline high for an 8000 mile OCI. However this is a low mileage engine and some of this may be gasket leaching and not dirt ingestion. Still it's something to keep an eye on.

The TBN of 2.3 would indicate that this is about the maximum service interval for this engine/oil combo, under these conditions. This is more about maintaining long term engine cleanliness and not the lowest possible wear rates. You could probably eek out a 10k OCI with this oil, but the TBN would be very marginal.
