Just had a salesman for LE show me proof that there grease is better. I had to laugh. He had a rat trap resembling devise with two bolt heads attached when the trap springs the bolt heads contact two stationary bolt heads. He put a glob of his grease which was very tacky and sticky on one bolt head and grease I supplied him (amsoil) on the other. Then he let it fly, the amsoil splattered out and the LE squished out but remained in total contact with the bolt head. According to him that was proof! I pointed out that none of the lubed parts of my trucks get shock loaded like that so it proved nothing. He didn't really know what to say. Furthermore there was no difference in the amount of grease the remained between the two bolt heads. they both looked the same. I am sure LE products are good products but it seems they are selling based on slick demonstrations. He had another test for gear oils but it was about as useless as the lucas oil spinning gears you see on the parts counters.
What are your Favorite greases. I use Amsoil with moly for just about everything!

Ahh sales people and the test rigs,,that test applys to very tacky grease like LE 3752 Almagard, very impressive grease in proper application, great chassis grease or other apps witch require this type of grease,Schaeffers 238#2 will be about the same under similar situations or Amsoil heavy duty..BL
