Another vehicle that my work purchased recently. 2019 Chevy equinox base model; 29,966 miles. I put four good tires(read:new Goodyear’s) and inspected it. Had this filter and unknown 0w20 oil. Put a Auto Extra (Purolator made) 10290 and some Safety Kleen 0w20 DEXOS oil in and on.

So no maintenance records other than the oil weight? That filter is probably okay for some chain lube shop. I bought a few e-core Luberfiner filters from RockAuto for my Jeep. I hope they are adequate…..,

Bought from a dealer down in Washington County PA. I’m no salesman; dealer may have records, vehicle coulda been private owner that wanted something different.

Unknown fci on this jobber tier filter, but it looks ok. Like it got the job done. It's like the 1st generation GM ACDelco ecore OFs with felt/fiber endcap and separate bypass. Now metal endcap like ST&ACD. And no combo valve here, a good thing.

Champ Ecore jobber special! I have a couple of those in the PH7317 size to try on my son's '07 K24 Accord, I'm curious to see how they hold up.

Considering a AC DELCO factory filter has plastic cage with metal end caps, I’d say this and that filter do same job

If I get chance I’ll see if the ST-12060 Is Fram made and cut one open

Thank you sir, I actually was going to cut my recent kia oem filter but it was a mistake to buy an exhaust cutter since I dont have a vice. It was 93 degrees and i did the oci on the side walk due to this crappy apt. I just didnt have the hand strength or tools I have at my parents house. If im not such a cheap a ill buy an actual cutter.

Never had any oil related failure at my work using their 0w20 Syn and 5w30 blend at factory recommend intervals honestly
