I have a 1985 Toyota Supra that has a factory LSD. It calls for a 80w-90 Gear oil. That's all the FSM says. I put some 80w-90 ACCEL gear GL5 Gear oil in it. I read the bottle (after) and it says for use in Conventional diffs, and top off only in LSD units. Valvolines gear lube says for use in Conventional & LSDs. Lucas says for use in Conventional and LSDs and no LSD additive required. What should I do here?

As I read this it seems you bought and installed fluid W/O the limited-slip additive (a rare thing as most have it). You do need this additive for the pressure-pack clutches that make your LSD work properly. Short of re-doing fluid change again, you could just add the component as this IS SOLD separately at GM dealers as well as well stocked auto stores in your area.
