I have a CEL on my 07 LR3 - has 230k on it! I scanned it and got these four codes:

Where to start? Could any of those other 3 codes impact the PO420?

I don't see how an evaporative leak can cause a cat code?

I would guess the evap codes are all related to one problem. Not familiar with that system but that seems to be what happens.

Your P0420 code could be a worn cat, could be a lazy 02 sensor, or could be a exhaust leak. I would check your long term fuel trims to see if there in line, and if so monitor the sensor to see if its moving like it should - from roughly 0.2 to 0.8V ever few seconds.
