The 4.0 in my 87 Comanche is at 220k miles and idles at around 25-30 psi hot and 30-40 under throttle with 10w-40 with a moderate RMS leak to boot

It is relatively quiet besides an intermittent lifter tick that comes and goes it does it less when warmed up.
