For low carb Keto/carnivore meat lovers pizza
ingredients:
1/2 cup cottage cheese
4 eggs separated (yolks from whites)
2 tablespoons of softened cream cheese
1/4 tablespoon salt
1/2 teaspoon cream of tartar
brush on some bacon grease
sprinkle Italian seasoning
pepperoni and/or Italian sausage (a lot of your favorite cooked meat topping)

makes two 12" pizzas

Lookup on utube "Cooking with Dave" to help you get started. There are "low carb" recipes for everything :)
 
I use an egg crust for keto pizza, really good. Bake the crust first then put sauce and toppings and bake again or broil.

Interesting! One can also use Konjac flour to make zero carb crust that most people will never know isn't wheat doe. Konjac is high fiber with no sugar or carbs. Konjac noodles and rice are great too. It's fake rice as is "riced" cauliflower, except it takes on the flavor of what you put on it or the stock you cook it in. Konjac "rice" also is closer in texture to real rice.

Is the dough slimy like the noodles?
