Well, this is a learning experience. I have been trying different flours to replace white flour.
Almond flour was OK. I made biscuits they were so-so.
Bought coconut sugar to see if that would be doable., jury is still out on that.
I did buy some erythritol to try.
Basically trial and error. Sugar, or more accurate HFCS, is everywhere in everything.
I went to the ADA but what they recommend seems like it's still a fair amount of carbs.
Drinking lots of water, sometimes mixed with MIO. Tea unsweetened.
