From my vehicles, the torque specs for all the plugs that use crush washers (aluminum) range between 29 - 33 ft-lb.
If you're using a new crush washer every OCI and the plug is loosening up in between, I'd inspect the threads of the plug and pan to make sure either isn't on the way to spriptown. This ultimately happened on the Legend's pan.
