4386 is just slightly larger 53' Stude uses them on his Toyota.

I use the PH3600 on my xB in place of the 4967-but you MIGHT be able to get a PH8A size on there (that's what my XJ 4.0 has).
I have the M1 equivalent of a PH8a on our 2001 Tundra.

I've always used the PH4386/90915-YZZF1 sized filter. If the FL400s can fit, go for that.

Some mentioned are larger, but the longer 4386 should be all you need. Same specs as 4967, just ~3/4" longer. It's the SAE thread version of the metric 7317 vs the shorty 6607 which would be the metric thread equivalent to the topic 4967. In a well maintained vehicle with a normal oci, you won't approach it's holding capacity.

So 4386 is about 3/4" longer? That might be enough I both want longer to make getting to the filter easier and better filtration as well. If at all I would like to go 2+ inches taller that would be most ideal for me. And of course a filter that is easy to find ad local auto part stores would be the ticket for me. If you have any more suggestions on any longer filters let me know thank you in advance!

If you want better filtration, get a XG4386 and call it a day.

You don't say if you can go wider? If you can then a XG8A would be my choice, 3.8" wide and 5.14" tall.

Love the length of that one but I don't think the width would fit. I already did the oil change with the stock one but on my next oil change I just want something significantly longer for the next oil change and for future oil changes. Thank you in advance

Have you checked an XG3600? It's 3" diameter and like 4.9" tall. It was so long on my Fusion that it rested against the belly pan. If your filter mount is higher it should be the sheet!

Indeed that is what she said ...‚ oh the xg3600 looks like it would be perfect! And only slightly wider. How would I tell without "testing trial and error" if it would be too wide or not? I mean physically looking as the original one attached it seems to have room around it to Accommodate that filter? It's for a 99 rav4.
