Is there a small liquid-cooled engine popular with DT shoppers?

My experience is DT shoppers are frugal or poor. I shop there a lot with my job to save some money for people on a fixed income.

The 14 ounce bottle of 50/50 may be perfect for top off.

There is some truth to that however smart people also shop at the dollar store. Just not for oil lol. All our napkins and styrofoam cups come from dollar tree. They have plenty of name brand stuff (snacks/candy) they acquired however that's good and plenty of off brand stuff you should avoid (oil, Frozen vegetables fresh from China etc).

What will people say when the results show that it could be a perfectly good quality oil ?

You do realize that the typical people who shop at places like Dollar Tree (and almost certainly the ones who buy their oil there) are not really the type who drive expensive cars ( or even really take the best care of them)... A very large percentage of them drive beaters because that's all they can afford, and don't tend to keep them terribly long.

...assuming that Greenbrier even does THAT. My guess would be they buy the oil in bulk, pre-formulated, from someone else, and then re-bottle it in these containers, at an overall cost well below the $1.00/pint mark.

Enjoy your perfectly good quality oil.

I be willing to bet this oil could be made by Warren Oil.... Out of Dunn NC. Just a short drive between Dunn and Chesapeake VA.

Nothing good will be said. Just like when someone states they bought Supertech synthetic at Wal-Mart someone will chime in they could have bought Quaker State for a few bucks more.

It's just a matter of trust. People naturally like companies they've heard of most of their lives. That goes even if a brand's name has been sold to another company like the STP brand at Autozone. I can't say I'm any different. Driver's Choice should look into this.

Well right now the QSUD 5w30 selling for nearly the same price as Supertech at Wally world. With equal pricing it would be my pick but if Supertech was at the sale price of $15.88 it would be my choice. There is not nearly the difference some people think there is especially if you are just doing 5K yo 7.5K OCI.

I would have no problem running it in a lawn mower or other OPE, but I use straight 30 here in FL.

I dare someone to step up to the counter at Dollar Tree with 10 bottles in their basket and tell the check out chick (with a Barney Fife sniff), " Yeah, it's time for an oil change in the old girl."

QSUD is selling for 19.97 a 5 quart jug. ST everyday price is 17.47 a 5 qt jug. There is a nice price spread there.

Your store must have it on rollback even at the 17.47 price it is still significantly less than Quaker State unlike some have stated.

Actually 2.11 quarts but close enough. Also if it meets specs it can be blended in Timbuktu.
