Hi friends i have a lexus is200 that in a short time will hit 120,000km ive been using Mobil 1 0w-40 synthetic oil i change it every 10,000km. Now the question is that i see in the mobil 1 site that they sell a 10w-40 high mileage engine oil for cars with 75,000miles. Do i change to this oil or stick with the one i use? Thanks guys.

Stick with the 0w40 for sure, it has excellent stats. The only reason to move to a 10w40 high mileage is if the engine starts to leak a little or consume oil through the seals.
If he has been using Mobil 1 0w40 all this time, the engines seals are likely in excellent condition.

That's a solid engine, no need to switch to a high mileage oil.

But whats the reason not change oil?
Firstly why are you using a 40 grade oil?
In NA the recommended grade was 5w30 and in MY 2011 switched to 0W-20.
So depending on the MY I wouldn't be using anything heavier than a synthetic 5w30.

Iam using 0w-40 cause on the mobil site a couple years ago thats the one they recomended also i have very hight temps here in my country up to 38degrees celsius

We have similarly high temps in parts of the US as well, but that's why cars have water cooling and thermostats to deal with it easily.

38C thats it? It gets that hot in my area sometimes.
Phoenix, Death Valley, Yuma and others parts of Arizona, California, Nevada can easily and have gotten over 50C, record high is 56.7C though its been awhile. More modern record high for Death Valley was 53.9C in 1998.

Yep but thats cause i live 3000feet above sea level. At sea level here it can get up to 45C

Not really, 1/2 quart in 10,000 KM is considered GOOD.

Off-topic but don't forget the transmission, even if the Toyota maintenance checklist only says "check" it's not too late to begin drain-and-fills.
