Another vote for this ^^^^^^^^^ It looks like virtually everything you have specs a 30 grade. If the Honda motor specs 10w-30, it will be fine on 5w30 as long as its synthetic. One and done.

My vote goes to Bubbatime. My JD garden tractor has 15w40 with the 22hp Kawasaki engine. I snapped off the shroud around the oil filter so a long automotive type with an anti drain back valve would fit.

I say just go with a synthetic 5w30 pretty much all the way around. Mobil 1, Castrol Edge, or PP/PUP. It will all do well.
