LC 20 or seafoam for piston soak?

I wanan try doing a piston soak, pour either LC 20 or seafoam dwon the plug holes. Whcih do you all, think would be best, and how much should i use? How long should i let it sit in thier? Would you recomend doing this, before or after combustion chamber cleaning?

when i did a search on this a while ago most people were using Marvel Mystry Oil for a minimum 8 hour soak.

I did not know seafoam was used for a piston soak. I would have said LC20. Either one, I would let it sit overnight.
