The Unifi POE switch was rated for 90W and the church had 10 WIFI access points, two remote switches and two VOIP phones. It was using more that 90W at times so I had to move a couple to POE injectors. That's messy.

So I replaced the 90W switch with a 400W switch. And added a Unifi redundant power supply. It's connected to the new Unifi switch and UDM Pro and supplies DC power to either or both if the unit's DC power supply should fail. It's connected using huge cables. As seen in photo.

What's the maximum throughput you see at the gateway with a full church?
The church holds 400, probably 250 attend. It shows 74 clients. So probably 60 church members, the rest being some TVs or pastors or musicians with in-ears.

The church has 1000 down and 40 up from Comcast. The church streams the service and so the 1000 down is 25x or 50x what is needed but the 40 up is marginal for streaming.

The main issue is the latency that goes from 18ms to 50 to 70 ms.

Most people probably don't do much more than looking at Bible Gateway but have never taken a survey. But I can see some usage via Unifi management app.
