i was wondering if any of you know of a larger than stock oil filter that i can use on my 92 ranger with the 3.0 vulcan motor? i use the napa silver 21516, fram 3600's or the motorcraft fl400s. is this safe going to a larger filter? i e-mailed fram, asking what larger filter i could use, and all they said was that the ph3600 was the "correct" filter. i guess they were just covering themselves, which i can't really blame. thanks guys.
