I am not sure whether they included now delivery of Bible, Quran or Torah, but they should in case you need to make a sudden stop in wet. In that way you can have appropriate book to pray.

Which ones did you have?

Had when I lived in Europe their winter tire once, safe to say skies would be better (cannot remember designation, KW 17 or something).
Bought VW CC CPO with 28K, dealer put brand new Kumho Ecsta Platinum LX. The worst tire by far I ever had in my life, and I drove at one point on Serbian tires Tigar and Tryal when I owned Zastava 101 (predecssor of Yugo).
AT 10K three tires could not be balanced anymore, and wet performance was, well, non existent. Granted due to very deep tread, hydroplaning resistance was good, but that was OK unless you needed to brake or take curve,

DTD has Memorial day sale starting next week and lasted until end of May, if you have Discount Tire they will have similar sale for few Memorial days.

Best deal on tire, my way:
Get the best online price and have local AT/DT price match.
Buy tire with these rebates: AT/DT tire rebate, AT/DT credit card rebate and manufacture rebate.

With these rebates I could get a set of 4 235/45-17 installed/balanced for less than $300, tax included. If previous tire didn't lasted mileage warranty you get prorated. The last set of Cooper CS5 Ultra Touring 235/45-17 costed me less than $200 installed after rebates and prorated. Without any discounts the regular price would be more than $500 installed.

It needs some works and good timing, but I think it worth the effort.

Correction: DTD Memorial days sale are Monday, May 23rd, 2016 through Tuesday, May 31st, 2016. Check your local DT(AT in So Cal) for sale dates.

What's your thoughts on the Kenda Kenetica? Priced a set yesterday but not sure if I want them or the Kumho's.

Yokohama opened a new tire manufacturing facility in West Point Miss. last October. Second one added to the long time and expanded Yoko tire plant in Salem Va.

BUT THE PROFITS GO BACK TO THE MOTHER LAND!!!

These are multiple choices, which do you prefer:

1. American company outsource manufacture jobs and import back products to US.

2. Foreign company make products in their home country and import those products to US.

3. Foreign company opens plant in US to make products to sell in US and possibly exports to oversea.

Of these 3 choices I choose number 3 for sure. The only better choice is American company makes products here with American parts to sell here and export some of it to oversea if possible.

4. American company with American plant.

4. American company with American plant with American produced components and raw materials, American design, ......

You conveniently forgot the American company that makes American products in the USA using union American labor.

Yeah, for all practical purposes Michelin is an American company. They even threaten to move the HQ to the US or Canada periodically.

I guess I should have put a smiley face. My point was actually that you can continue up the supply chain a long ways saying "American" but just saying American company with American plant is nice an all but if all the components are coming from outside America its not really "American."

Most Americans don't care if "A UNION" is involved in the process of making the product they are considering purchasing. The majority of people that do care, are retired and current union members. As a matter of fact-I would venture to say that if you asked the average American if they thought a product was over priced because Union labor was involved-they would say yes. I'm not saying this perception is necessarily correct-but it's out there.

I clearly mentioned "American company makes products here with American parts"
Most consumers don't care if a product is made by union or non-union. Also, no way to know if the things we buy made in America are made by union or not.
