I have a kubota gl11000 genset with the factory fill coolant, going on two years. I figure it's time for a change, looking for some guidance. The owner's manual doesn't provide any coolant specs I can find, which brings me here for some help. What type of antifreeze should I use? The factory fill is dark green and transparent, it kind of reminds me of honda coolant in appearance. This is for the d722 three cylinder diesel.

I'm not completely sure what the original formula is but if a it's a diesel with green coolant it most likely is a fully formulated for diesel conventional and not an OAT, so that is always a pretty safe bet. This would be a good choice for that: Fleetcharge
Correctly formulated coolant contains either nitrite or a combination of nitrite and molybdate.
