Can any one enlighten me to the type and quantity of oil
to do a oil change on a Kubota AV3800 gas generator

Is there a data plate for the engine or engine family?

API Classifications SJ, SL, SM, or Higher
(original spec was API type SE or SF class engine oil, since this model is from about 1990)
OUTSIDE TEMPERATURE... SAE/Viscosity
Below 32° F (0° C)...... 5W-20 or 5W-30
Above 32° F (0° C)...... 10W-30 or 15W-40

Oil capacity (L) 0.9
