I bought a box of Kirkland Signature Green Tea from Costco. It was about $13 for a pack of 100. I normally don't drink green tea, but the friend I was shopping with talked me into it.

The tea bag is made of a strange "silky" material. Whatever the material may be, the tea steeps pretty darn quick.

The taste is decent as well. By no means am I a green tea aficionado, but this stuff seems decent for the money.

Does anyone else drink green tea?

i usually get my green tea from the hispanic lady's at the indoor swap meet, i do drink alot of it though from hot to cold either way its really good

if you live near downtown try strolling around china town and get some of the tea they sell.

:D

I drink lots of Green Tea and order from a place that imports it from Japan/China. I order their Green Tea and Chammomile. Fresh and good service/prices.

I'm a big diet soda drinker and I consume alot of caffeine But drinking diet green tea gives me a migraine.

You know all the health effects of Diet pop right? What it causes to happen in the brain and which can lead to brain tumors?

Nasty stuff that should be banned IMO.

Yeah, that Kirkland green tea made by Eton On (something like that) is good stuff.

The "silky string" material is just a plastic nylon mesh. Paper absorb and filter out too much of the tea's flavor, so they use something that is more inert.

For a mass produced green tea this is medium to good quality. You will probably need to go to loose leaves to get better.

I also drink green tea but prefer white tea which taste better personally (less rough, more sweet).

My wife hates green tea because of that rough/raw taste but occasionally drinks white tea. She still prefers indian spicy teas or espressos.

I am buying it in 100 poaches box in a chinese supermarket, they are the cheapest and have a wide choice of tea.
Right now I am drinking black tea as someone, I don't know who, bought a box of black tea instead of green or white tea (and 100 poaches, that is a lot of tea cups).
