Kirkland 5w-30 High Mileage!

Here hoping I’m making a good choice for a Toyota Corolla Hybrid that’s mainly driven in the city (tons of start stop, 80% time spent in electric mode).
What kind of OCI were you planning? Not an expert by any means, but the above sounds like more "severe" use case. For example, there is a possibility for water/condensation to build up in the oil. Should take it out on the highway at least once a week for a longer drive to get it hot so the water can evaporate out.

6 months / 3,000 miles so far.

FCP EURO or just get QuakerState Euro
Great deals if you watch for them on eBay. Quaker State Euro as low as $17.60 delivered, and fulfilled by WalMart.
There is a seller offering at $18.60 right now. https://www.ebay.com/itm/365282801590

You can find all sorts of oils cheap on fleabay and shipped through WalMart. Someone commented they think the prices are so low because the sellers are using stolen credit cards to order for drop shipment by WalMart. I'm unsure if that is true or not, but kinda makes sense.

Already out of stock, but that's a screaming deal. Agree it seems suspicious.

He listed five for sale this morning.
I just save the links of all the sellers of the Castrol Euro...there are three or four and check them a couple times a week... I think they are actually all the same seller using different profiles. The price fluctuates throughout the month with highs around $29 and lows around $18. Obviously order on the low, not the peak. :) I can confirm it is legit product shipped by WalMart. They will wait two to four days, then place the order with WalMart and you receive it a couple days later.

If you look at his other listings he has Mobil 1 FS 0w-40 for $20 a jug and Castrol Edge Euro 5w-40 for $19 presently...but again the prices can fluctuate higher at times.

Ive seen deals like this but I worry it might be counterfeit. Anyone ever hear about fake oils?

Never. Everything I purchased on eBay was fulfilled by WalMart.
Best part is eBay has total buyer protection for buyers...so if you get scammed you get 100% of your money back.
EBay always favors buyers over sellers. I sell on eBay and have been ripped off by buyers a couple times...eBay almost always takes the side of the buyer, unless you can fully document the item authenticity and delivery.

Neither of these are accurate. As a seller I have won appeals against a few bad buyers, and as a buyer I have been screwed over a few times.

Different experiences. I have won appeals as well...even had buyers suspended. But buyers have more power than sellers for sure.
I have never been screwed as a buyer, even when an attempted scam was tried on me. I have always been refunded.

including your return shipping charges?

I return parts and filters...only fluids I return is ATF at $18 per liter. This year I returned my front suspension...control arms, endlinks, steering center link...$800 credit.
I take the dimensions they use on their box and use pirateship. It's $18 to ship everything back for me.

Same, I have a commercial account with Fed Ex due to a former employer...it bills to me, but I get their preferred rates.
I sent back the entire front suspension and steering center link, along with a bunch of filters from my BMW for less than $20.
Being the PNW, shipping to the other end of the country may not make financial sense for some.
