Keyless Entry Quit Working

I have relatives with an '04 Honda CR-V with Keyless entry. The vehicle has no alarm on it, just the Honda OEM keyless entry installed from the dealer.

The power door locks work with the key.

The batteries in both remotes are fine. What should I look at first? A bad fuse?

Any other common issues?

I've only done this on Toyotas. You look like an idiot and it can be frustrating, but you should be able to get things back up and running yourself.

Thanks for the link. I will try this if all else fails.

I'm thinking there may be an easier solution as the battery was never disconnected. Can this be caused by a fuse?
