Keyless Defective?

My key fob works on all the doors in my VW Passat. I get a message that comes on every 7 seconds in my driver info .

I'll bite... does the message say "Key FOB not working?"

If you wanted anything more than that, you should have prefaced the post that anyone replying either be a mind reader or equipped with a crystal ball.

For better context what is the message and besides the warning is there any problem you encounter ?

Low battery on the Fob? If everything is working properly, yet you get the message on the dash, that would be my best guess.

Do you have the keyless entry where you pull on door handle driver or passenger and it unlocks vehicle without touching your FOB just having it your pocket and not clicking unlock on your FOB?
