The quickest/simplest test would likely be with using a 220 Ohm resistor to observe voltage sag under load, but this of course will not measure capacity:

For critical applications, measure actual capacity rather than estimating from voltage:
- Fully discharge the battery through a known load while measuring total mAh delivered
- Compare to original 220-240mAh specification
- A battery with <70% of original capacity should be replaced
