It was only a matter of time before I settled upon this oil. Have been feeling the tug towards it for quite a while, and now the time has come. Just thought I'd share.

It's for my personal vehicle. I'm using 76 Super Synthetic Blend in the other cars I look after. I should just use it in mine too, but I've been wanting to try Kendall and I like buying from PSC. I have somehow slipped from QS to ConocoPhillips products after we used some Motorcraft SB in the shop.

The Kendall GT-1 oils have been on my list of new oils to try. I believe they have a very good formulation in the GT-1 line.

Good stuff!

Thats all that was used in the first 150,000 miles of my Explorer.

I like the fact that Kendall's full syn is available in 12 quart cases, just like their blends. It's the only synthetic I've ever seen sold like that, the others are 6 quart cases. Jugs would be handy, and considering they sell Motorcraft in 5 quart jugs, you'd think the others would be available in such a manner. As far as I know however, Kendall and it's gas station cousins are only available in quart bottles.

Good choice.

I use it in the Forester and Escape, as noted in my sig. Forester revs to redline buttery smooth on it.

I like the blend but I like their full synthetic even more. I do pay $57 per case of 12 quarts for it. The blend is a bunch cheaper.

I've come to the conclusion that price is not the objective in choosing my oils, rather the experience of trying new things and really looking beyond the norm...at least, Kendall is not the norm around me. This here's GTX/Deposit Shield country partner.

I was able to score four cases of Kendall GT-1 full syn for $46 + tax from a local Atlanta distributor.

Nah, it's different. Kendall is a little thicker with a higher flashpoint and a lower VI. At least in the 5w30. Kendall uses titanium in the add pack. Both are made by Conoco though.

At Flying-J travel centers, you can get large jugs of Kendall 15w40 synblend.

I don't see it in other viscocities, unfortunately.
