I picked up a bunch of this oil from an estate sale. I see it's for nitro methane engines. How can I use it in my general performance V8s? How about one quart as an additive at every oil change? it's got a bunch of good zinc and stuff. Or should I just shelf it? My stuff is street/strip big block stuff, but nothing exotic.
Thanks, mike

Unless you are running a fuel engine you really don't have any use for it. This stuff is thicker than severe duty gear oil.

It's a very limited application type product.

Works great in oil consumption/leaking cars. Would be much better than a quart of Lucas or other brand of thick stuff since it is a formulated motor oil, right? I think it's more for cars that dilute fuel, like drag engines.

BTW, I have a friend that used it in the summer in a big step van truck with a worn out SBC, and it helped him have at least a little oil pressure-not sure about FLOW, however, if you know what I mean. He also went to the really tall 10 inch oil filter as well.

The way the used oil _____ in a top fuel engine after a run is really interesting.

a)looks?

b)smells?

c)pours?

d)leaks?

e)smokes?

f)boils?
