My Camaro specifies the 2002 filter from K&N, but i know and have been using the 3002 since it's larger. Therefore being able to hold more oil and have more filtering media.

Anyone else agree with this school of thought?

If you take a look at the specs I see a better reason to use the 3 instead of the 2. Can you tell me what it is?

ps. How do you like your juke? They are supposed to have a shorter wheelbase than a versa and have 188hp with a turbo. Sounds like a fun car to drive.

I agree that's why i have been using the '3' - dont know why K&N doesn't list it as an option.

The Juke is great! Lots of fun to drive and the AWD really works well in both dry and wet / winter and it handles well too.

Does the longer 3002 stick down below the oil pan? If so, that's probably why they don't recommend it.

I just went out and looked - it's about level with the oil pan. Also, the front K member is about an inch lower so it seems it would protect it from being damaged or hit.
