I don't get this argument as you can buy T-IV for under $5/qt if you shop a few Toyota dealers and get it in case lots.

And the difference would be?

DEF:a discussion in which reasons are advanced for and against some proposition or proposal; "the argument over foreign aid goes on and on"

Not that whether we agree on word definitions really makes any difference - but in my opinion an "argument" involves advocacy for differing positions, while a discussion of options can be just getting information on the table that someone can then use to make an informed decision.
