Just Sold My Honda ~ 5.5hp 160cc

Well I always take Great Care with Break_In on all My Motors -no matter what They are ..

I have used Honda on Power Washer since 1989 , so 37 yrs .. most yrs 3-4 hours yr ..
Few Years more then One - 2-3hr Clean Up as I might be doing Chimney . . Anyhow
-15 Plus Wind Chill - Placed a Hair Line Crack in Exit of Pump . Intending to Fix Items - it sat for few years ..
As Folks down in Florida - always need Our Help for something .. ( few have Passed )
We ended up with 2 More Power washers almost Brand New ..

Took Power Washer all apart and recycled everything Except Pump & Motor ..

Up Cycled Motor Sold it - I Placed Thermal Spacers, Behind Carb & Gave it Once Over made sure it was Ready for More service .. .

Farmer Took It using it for Irrigation Pump to Drain Off His Flooded Fields $150 Buck , Dang 37 yrs ago I didn't pay much more for all of it New ..

I've got two of these engines. One is back in service on a pressure washer and the other is waiting to be called upon.

Both were abandoned and then rescued

Base on Honda Motor on many Power washer only uses 3 Tapped Mounting Holes
I didn't Know Exactly How Farmer was going to Mount this on His Pumps ~ I ~ Tossed in 1 Tap ..
Generally I don't Loan out my Tools , but I have 3 of those in that same Size . .


Older Honda's Just Run & Run & Run . .

Agree! I bought this new in 1990 for $350 and sold it in 2023 for $250 still running like new.
