why those+_)(*&*^%$#@! i just ran my old john deere 210 for 9 hours today! that old cast iron kohler didn't use a drop of oil. sure don't make 'em like they used to.

Actually, they cost more. That's why the current multi thousand $$ tractors look lame in many ways when compared to older models. We forget that a tractor that was $3000 many years back might cost $6K or $8K to build now...
