I have gone 4 years now with zero issues from my 20057. I am still loving it as much as I did when I got it. I finally figured out that it only needed one pump of prime on a warm day and two on a cold day, and it will start on the first crank most times. Forget to prime it for the first start though, and you will pull your shoulder out trying it get it started, as my girlfriend's father found out once...
The oil comes out at the end of the season looking as clean as when it went in. The first start of the season is as easy as the last as long as you make sure the fuel has gotten to the primer first. I've had to grease the zerks about twice a year when the drive system gets sticky.
I purchased an Echo SRM-210 split boom trimmer and edger attachment at the same time, 4 years ago and it has been just as trouble-free.
