Jeep gladiator Eco oil?

Can you recommend which HPL oil to use in my 2023 Gladiator Eco Diesel. I live in NE Ohio and we have cold winters and hot Summers. Also should I add an oil additive? I change my oil every 6,000-8,000 miles along with my oil and fuel filters.
This is my first diesel.

Oil is already correctly formulated for best performance, no need to upset the balance and make the oil lower quality than what it is from the manufacturer. Now an additive for your fuel like Archoil, Opti-Lube or Power Service can be a whole different story.
