With regards to the JD Power, it is quite interesting that Chrysler seems to build the Rams to a standard beyond that of all of their divisions.

Buick, I knew about. They've been up there duking it out with Lexus for almost a decade. Goes to show that GM can accomplish great things when it comes down to it.

Land Rover being second to the bottom is no surprise.



Land Rover is probably just happy the Italians bumped them up off last place. Where is Alfa? Rover might get another bump!

The number of problems is one thing, the severity of the problems is another.

Initial quality vs overall cost of ownership as well.

I was a little surprised to see that Fix It Again Tony is getting a chance to get usage once again. I'd have thought they would do everything in their power to not repeat history.

But I guess if Land Rover can hold on to the proud English reputation, then Fiat could have a dig in too.
