The ZDDP level between PPE L 5W30 and ESP 0W30 are very similar. Both will have phosphorus above 800ppm, while PPE has Zinc above 900ppm.
Calcium levels are also similar, ESP being around 1700, while PPE is around 1900.
I personally would use both before 5W30 EP any day.
ESP 5W30 is a bit lower on all, having the latest Infineum add pack for low-SAPS Euro vehicles.
