People worry about these things?
I just put some previously opened but recapped Pennzoil Platinum (date code of 12/2011) 1 qt bottles that has been in my garage for 2-3 years (or more?). Did not even think twice about it. Heck, did not even think once. It was sitting right next to 3 opened (but capped) jugs of Valvoline NextGen.
As I typed this I just realized the oil I put in the car is older than the car itself...
