Is this serpentine belt OK?

Perhaps in other applications stretch belts are a pain, but on Mazda 3 setup there is no problem what so ever. All you need is a zip tie, that's my special tool

Mine has 156k on the original. 2005 CR-V. Still looks pretty good to me. I'm going to replace it at 200k which will be within 10 months.
On yours I'd be more looking at the other side for cracks.

Do you see any wear on the non-ribbed side on yours?
