Is there really a law in NYS for this?

That's so gay. So if say,a 40 year old man goes grocery shopping,has a 6pack of beer amongst his groceries,and has his newborn infant son with him,are they gonna refuse to sell him the beer because he has an underage person with him (his infant son)?

lol. I have no problem providing id..but ur gona tell me my passport isnt valid id?!?! Pleasssee..ok let me hand u my drivers license..oh wait its in french so you cant read it or understand it..apparently its my problem..luckily i dont seem to have issues anymore..
