Is there an oversize filter for 2011 Hyundai 2.0T?

Be careful!
if this car is under warranty use what they tell you to use and keep extra good records otherwise if you have an engine related problem you are sunk.

I don't know how much room you have for a oversize filter, but if a Baldwin B7042 or B202 will fit, those are some big filters.

that's an earlier tsb (circa 2007 IIRC) I've already used two extended guard and currently on a P1 w/ no problems at all; agreed that the factory hyundai seems pretty good both in value and performance/build.

The Wix 51334 (for my 2010 2.4L, it might be different for your car??) is the direct replacement filter. The Wix 51344 seems to be a larger version of the 51334. I am thinking about trying it on my optima.

EDIT: Just checked on Wix's website, you can use the 51334.

There is a filter made for the old Ford Couiers that had Mazda motors in them. Can't remember the year but it was twice as long and had the same specs for bypass valve operation as the Hyundais have now.

I used to get the NAPA FIL 1347

After looking up on Wix that means a 51324 or 51182 will fit my 99 Ody!

Sorry it won't fit, thats what I run on my S2000 and it is over twice as big as the stock filter for the S. It also fits my daughters 2000 Civic but not my sons '09 Civic.

There is plenty of room on my wife's van for a filter 2 times the length which was one reason I was looking, but I may use the shorter Baldwin to ensure ground clearance.
