Had water get in an engine while doing off roading. It didn't hydrolock but it started to idle rough so I cut it off. The flow of the river somewhat forced water into the side air intake and into the motor. I think it had about 2.5-3 quarts worth in a 7qt motor but never started the motor after that. Drained and changed the oil/filter and wondered if there's a additive that helps make sure there's no oil left in the system. Tomorrow I MAY be pulling the spark plugs turning it over a few times to see if there's anything to kick out. If that goes well then planning to do another flush/oil change. Anything I should add to the motor for this process?
Is there an additive for oil that can help with water?

Should be I WILL be pulling the plugs and turning it over to prevent hydro-locking and bending something.
I meant time wise I may do it. If everything goes according to plan. If not today now then push it back to tomorrow. I’m doing things in steps.
I don't really think that'll be an issue but I would do a second oil change after a good hour run or so.
That's already planned. Batteries are charged up about to go swap out the air filter.
Small amounts of water in the oil should boil off in the crank case and its vapor evacuated through the PCV.
Water is a byproduct of normal combustion. In modern engines, some of it will blow by into the crank case. Grandma vehicles that never get up to temp, especially during the winter, have issues with water in the oil.
