Is Hy-per Lube Total Fuel System Cleaner effective

Came across this at canadiantire the other day.

Website claims:
"Contains the highest concentration of new high tech synthetic cleaners"

Is this referring to PEA?

Most of the content is diesel fuel?

Looks like about 3-6% PEA...from the MSDS..Polymer/amine blend Proprietary 3 - 6

Looks like 80-90% diesel fuel too.

The CRC "Guaranteed to Pass" G2P 05063 is 25-35% PEA. If you-all have G2P up in the great white north..Its about $11 for 12oz here in Georgia.

I don't think Chevron Techron fuel concentrate has much or any PEA in it anymore.

I thought techron has decent amount?
I picked up a few bottles while traveling because I can't get them here and it was on sale.

Is this a higher PEA concentration than Red Line SI-1 or Regane???
