Is "Honda Premium Trans Fluid" = Z1 = CVT Fluid?

I'm wondering if the Honda Premium Transmission Fluid is the same thing as the Z1 fluid and is the Z1 the same as CVT. Z1 says also for CVT on it and that's what my rear diff calls for. The manual makes a distinction between HPTF and CVT. What I am really wondering is Z1 the same thing my car came new with or is it an updated fluid? My manual calls for "Honda Premium Trans Fluid" (HPTF) and it was mentioned here that ZF is "better". I was surprised when my parts guy brought out Z1 fluid after I showed him the manual saying HPTF. If Z1 is an upgraded and newer product, I'll do some more flushing to get out the older HPTF than if it is all the same thing. Anyone know when Z1 came out?

Looks like I can answer my own question. CVT Fluid is no longer made and you cannot use Z1 in the diff. You must now use something called "Dual Pump Fluid" (good luck finding that). Looks like Z1 came out in 2000-2001 and I assume is an upgrade for HPTF. I'll be flushing my 1998 trans out sooner and more completely now. Thanks...to me!
